New Orleans’ Blues institution to appear in Rehoboth for one night only

Bryan Lee and the Blues Power Band, a New Orleans Blues institution, will be performing in Rehoboth for one night only on Thursday, October 23 at 8:00 PM at the new Rehoboth Beach Theatre of the Arts at 20 Baltimore Avenue.
Hosted by renowned Jazz aficionado Sydney Arzt, formerly of Sydney’s Blues and Jazz Restaurant, the Jazz/Blues Thursday evening series continues with one of her favorite performers – Bryan Lee and the Blues Power Band. Bryan played at the Old Absinthe Bar, (located on Bourbon Street in New Orleans) for 15 years during the 80’ and 90’s. Shows like Bryan’s at the famous spot went a long way in establishing New Orleans as a blues town as well as the “granddaddy” of jazz towns.

Today, Lee and the Blues Power Band are still going strong, thrilling audiences across the US, Canada and Europe.
